This policy applies to purchases from Coach Joe, operating A2P Amateur to Pro in New South Wales, Australia. A2P Amateur to Pro is the current public brand of the business formerly known as Living Football.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a failure may entitle you to re-supply, a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. These statutory rights are not limited by the timeframes in our voluntary guarantee.
Additional 7-day money-back guarantee
Where the sales page or checkout advertises a 7-day money-back guarantee, you may request a change-of-mind refund by emailing info@amateur2pro.com within 7 calendar days after purchase. Include the purchaser name, purchase email and order reference. This voluntary guarantee is additional to Australian Consumer Law rights.
Unless the product-specific offer clearly says otherwise, an approved refund under the voluntary guarantee is returned to the original payment method. Access to the refunded digital product may be removed. Processing and bank settlement times vary.
Problems with a product or service
Contact info@amateur2pro.com as soon as practical, explain the problem and the remedy you seek, and provide the purchase details. We may reasonably ask for information needed to assess the issue. We will not require you to waive legal rights as a condition of assistance.
Subscriptions and recurring payments
You may cancel a Coach Joe AI, app or other subscription using the available account or billing controls, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals when completed before the next billing date. You retain access for any period already paid for unless the product terms say access ends earlier and that term is lawful and clearly disclosed. Cancellation does not by itself refund a past valid charge, but the voluntary guarantee and Australian Consumer Law rights may still apply.
Failed cancellation or incorrect charge
If you tried to cancel before renewal but were charged because an A2P-controlled cancellation process failed, contact info@amateur2pro.com promptly. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where the charge should not have occurred.
In-person coaching
Booking, rescheduling, weather and no-show terms for in-person coaching must be clearly disclosed when booking. Any such terms operate subject to the Australian Consumer Law. If A2P cancels and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, you may be entitled to a refund for the unprovided service.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this request limits any lawful right to contact your payment provider.
