A2P Amateur to Pro

Terms of Use

Terms governing use of the A2P website, digital products and related services.

Privacy PolicyTerms of UseDisclaimerRefunds & Cancellations PolicyChild Safety & Parent/Guardian Consent

Effective date: 25 July 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and Coach Joe, operating A2P Amateur to Pro in New South Wales, Australia. A2P Amateur to Pro is the current public brand of the business formerly known as Living Football.

By using amateur2pro.com, submitting a form, creating access, or buying or using an A2P product or service, you agree to these terms. If the user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms and supervise use.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. If these terms conflict with a non-excludable right, that right prevails.

2. What A2P provides

A2P provides football-development information, assessments, digital content, guided transformations, software-supported tools, communications and coaching-related services. The exact inclusions, duration, price, renewal terms and any additional guarantee are those clearly displayed at the time of purchase and in the order confirmation.

3. Coach Joe AI and the app

Coach Joe AI and the A2P app are football-development support tools. They may use user prompts, assessment answers, training records, progress, prior chats, uploaded material and approved A2P knowledge to generate responses, summaries, plans, check-ins or suggested next steps. An AI response is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, repetitive or unsuitable for the player’s exact circumstances.

Coach Joe AI is not a human coach watching the player in real time and is not a doctor, physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, lawyer, emergency service, scout or selection authority. Do not rely on it for an emergency, diagnosis, injury clearance, medication, mental-health crisis, safeguarding decision, legal advice or a guarantee of football opportunity. Verify important information and use appropriately qualified human help.

4. No selection or performance promise

Football development depends on many factors outside A2P’s control. We do not promise or guarantee selection, playing time, a trial, scholarship, academy place, contract, professional status, earnings or any specific sporting result. Examples and educational material are not a prediction of an individual outcome.

5. Eligibility and parent/guardian responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information and have authority to submit any personal information, footage, images or other material.
  • A parent or legal guardian who purchases, registers, consents for or permits access by a person under 18 is the responsible account holder, accepts these terms for themselves and the minor to the extent permitted by law, and confirms they have authority to do so.
  • The responsible parent or guardian must control credentials and payments, actively supervise the minor’s website, app and AI use, explain age-appropriate rules, review important AI output and ensure the minor stops using a feature where it is unsafe or unsuitable.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for assessing whether activities are appropriate for the child’s age, health, environment and ability; arranging suitable adult supervision; and ensuring the minor does not submit unauthorised, unlawful or unnecessary sensitive information.
  • A parent or guardian must contact A2P promptly if consent is withdrawn, authority changes, an account is used without permission, or a safety concern arises.

6. Health and training safety

A2P information is general football-development and educational information, not medical, physiotherapy, nutrition, mental-health or emergency advice. Stop an activity if pain, dizziness, illness, unsafe conditions or injury concerns arise. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional before beginning or changing training where health, injury or safety is uncertain. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

7. Orders, prices and payment

Prices and currency are displayed before purchase. You authorise the payment provider to charge the disclosed amount. You must review the checkout summary and correct errors before paying. A2P may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error and will refund any amount actually received for a cancelled order.

8. Subscriptions

Where a product includes a subscription, the checkout must disclose the price, billing frequency, trial or included period, when recurring billing starts and how to cancel. By starting the subscription you authorise recurring charges on that basis until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not normally reverse a charge already validly incurred, subject always to the Australian Consumer Law and any displayed voluntary guarantee.

9. Refunds and cancellations

The Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these terms. Any advertised 7-day money-back guarantee is an additional voluntary promise and does not replace or limit Australian Consumer Law rights.

10. Access and acceptable use

  • Use products and content only for your personal or household football-development purposes unless A2P agrees otherwise in writing.
  • Do not share paid access, copy or redistribute substantial content, bypass access controls, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harass users or use the service unlawfully.
  • Do not use Coach Joe AI to seek sexual, exploitative, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or unlawful content; to target or groom a child; to make high-impact decisions about another person; or to extract system instructions, private data or security controls.
  • Do not enter information you do not have authority to use or unnecessary sensitive information. Review AI output before acting on it and do not present it as professional or human-reviewed advice.
  • Keep login and access details secure and tell us promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorised use.

11. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, A2P owns or licenses the website, branding, videos, written content, training frameworks, designs and software. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased material for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership or allow public distribution, resale or commercial exploitation.

12. Material you submit

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give A2P a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service, comply with law or resolve a support issue. A2P will not use an identifiable child’s footage or story in public marketing without separate permission from an authorised parent or guardian.

As between you and A2P, and subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use output generated specifically for your personal football development. You do not obtain ownership of A2P’s underlying systems, prompts, knowledge, methods, models, branding or content. Similar or identical output may be generated for others, and A2P does not promise that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

13. Privacy and AI data handling

The Privacy Policy explains how A2P handles app, Coach Joe AI, lead-magnet, assessment and derived information, including automated processing, service providers, overseas processing, access, correction and deletion requests. By submitting information, you direct A2P to process it for the requested feature subject to that policy. Marketing consent is handled separately where required.

14. AI service improvement permission

Subject to the Privacy Policy, A2P may use de-identified, minimised and non-sensitive extracts, categories, usage patterns, feedback and generated outputs to evaluate, safeguard, improve or train A2P’s own AI-enabled coaching service. This may include improving prompts, retrieval, knowledge, evaluation tests, classifications and A2P-controlled fine-tuning. It does not give an external provider unrestricted permission to train its general-purpose model on identifiable private conversations.

An adult user or responsible parent/guardian may opt out of optional future conversation-content use for product improvement or training by contacting info@amateur2pro.com. Service delivery, security, legal compliance and de-identified aggregate measurement may continue where lawful. For a minor, the responsible parent or guardian must provide any optional improvement/training consent required by the Privacy Policy.

15. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. A2P is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but this does not remove any responsibility A2P has under applicable law.

16. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or replace features and may temporarily suspend access for security, maintenance or events outside reasonable control. We will not make a change that unfairly removes the essential benefit of a paid product without an appropriate remedy. If a material paid service cannot be supplied, rights under the Australian Consumer Law may apply.

17. Suspension and termination

A2P may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk or harm to others. Where practical and safe, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to fix a remediable breach. This clause does not permit A2P to avoid refund or consumer-law obligations.

18. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2P is not liable for loss caused by use contrary to instructions; reliance on unverified AI output for a medical, safety, safeguarding, emergency, professional or high-impact decision; an unsafe training environment; inaccurate or unauthorised information supplied by the user; unauthorised sharing; or events outside A2P’s reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law permits a remedy to be limited, A2P’s liability may be limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the reasonable cost of re-supply, at A2P’s option.

19. Responsibility for user-caused claims

To the extent permitted by law, the responsible adult account holder must compensate A2P for reasonable loss, liability and external legal cost arising from a third-party claim caused by that account holder’s or supervised minor’s unlawful use, deliberate misuse, material breach of these terms, or submission of material they had no right to provide. This responsibility is reduced to the extent A2P or another person caused or contributed to the loss, and it does not apply to A2P’s negligence, breach of law or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. Before starting court proceedings, contact info@amateur2pro.com and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing here prevents a person from using a regulator, tribunal, court or urgent remedy available by law.

21. General

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is read down to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and any product-specific terms shown before purchase form the agreement.

22. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@amateur2pro.com.
